♥ My Baby Book

As my due date comes near, I can hardly get enough time preparing this- and- that  for my mini-me! Before I forgot, I just want to share something other first time preggy moms might find helpful. Since Day 1, I have been reading a lot on facts, and useful ideas regarding pregnancy and baby developments. Somehow it helps to read and read a lot of it!  I printed out my own pregnancy calendar, I ticked on it day by day as my pregnancy progress. Learned how the baby grows from a size of a poppy seed to a size of a small pumpkin, and to deal with the hormonal changes. I was fortunate as I didn't throw up, it was only my emotions that's unpredictable. I often got so sad without any clue on why I was sad. I was just pregnant indeed! To learn more about pregnancy just visit this site. Oh yes, we all love freebies, why not? Spare some time to browse online for all freebies offered by pharmacies or baby clothing shops. I got a free diaper bin, baby books, free diapers/ toiletries, baby clothes, and soft toys. Moreover, take photos of your growing belly. Nothing could express the milestone you've been through so don't  take pictures for granted!

BTW, I'm getting my baby book ready! ( I got this baby book for free as well!)

♥ Crochet again...

Hubby asked me to bring with us to the hospital these bootie and baby flappy hat that I had crocheted a few days ago. His personal pick for baby Jenny to wear. ;) I agree with him as I find it soooo sweet and cute! This is one-of-a-kind. I didn't follow a pattern, just simply my own design which I figured out as I crocheted them. I made use of those buttons I got from Ate Edwina.

Here's another one which I made right after I'm done with the bootie & hat. I used approx. a skein of yarn for this baby jumper. It's tiny and så søt!

...and another pair of booties! Sigh, I just can't get my hand off the hook! ;)

♥ Knitting with SingleStitches

Am still learning the basics of knitting. ;) Recently got variety of needles; straight needles, double-pointed needles and the round needles plus the book which is written in Norsk (I'm just looking at its illustrations though, and luckily I can follow :D),  that's all courtesy of HobbyKlubben!
And yes, here's a few on  my first try on knitting. Be my critic, tell me what you think about my knitted projects. ;)

♥ Chocolate Dipped Baby Booties

Days has gone so fast..It's soon springtime! Wohoo! My belly is getting bigger each day as I am approaching my due in 3 weeks time. ;)  Well, this post is not about that anyway. Introducing... Chocolate Dipped inspired Baby Booties! Crocheted this pair this morning and finished it just before lunch. With all those scrap yarns on my stash I could make pieces of whatever I may come up of  it. I just have to use up whatever I have for now before the baby comes. ;)
